  • Accounting (BSBA)Program designed for students seeking careers in auditing, corporate accounting, management consulting, governmental and not-for-profit organizations, and taxation. Acquire tools for intelligent analysis, planning, control, and decision making.
  • Accounting (MS)Comprehensive program designed for students seeking a quality accounting program with a strong focus ethics and social responsibility. Fulfills requirements to sit for license/certification examinations: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certification in Financial Management (CFM), Certification in Management Accounting (CMA).
  • Acting – Theatre (BFA,BA)The Acting specialization through the Theatre program allows students to excel at the art of acting by gaining the foundation in both contemporary and historical acting styles. With the many theatre opportunities year round, students are able to practice their performance skills on both the Mainstage and laboratory theatre environments.
  • Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (Post Master's Certificate)This Post Master's Certificate program prepares RNs who have a Master's Degree in Nursing to obtain a Nurse Practitioner certification with a focus on Acute Care. This certification also allows students to become a nurse educator or a nurse administrator.
  • Acute Care Nursing Practice (DNP) – Post Baccalaureate DNPA specialization in Acute Care provides a minimum of 500 hours of clinical learning including an acute care practicum. Develop the expertise necessary for patient management of high-risk critically ill adults and their families and advanced nursing practice skills across the wellness-illness continuum.
  • Acute Care Nursing Practitioner – RN with Non-nursing BS/BA (MSN Bridge Option)The Bridge Option allows registered nurses with a bachelor's degree in a field other than nursing, to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Acute Care. Students are able to move more quickly into advanced nursing practice by completing a few undergraduate courses that are required in the nursing curriculum. Upon successful completion of those courses, a smooth transition into a MSN program is available.
  • Administration – Public Administration (BPA)A Bachelor of Public Administration is of special interest to the working professional in public and not-for-profit organizations, and those who wish to pursue a career in public management. The course work is designed to provide students with an understanding and working application of the principles essential to the effective management of all public agencies, and meets the standards and guidelines provided by NASPAA, the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration.

Course offerings focus on contemporary organizational theory and practice, with an emphasis on workplace applications.
  • Administration (BS) Specialization in Human Resources AdministrationA specialization in Human Resources provides students who are employed in the area of human resources development or administration the knowledge recommended by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in order to prepare for the PHR and SPHR exams. The specialization is earned by completing the approved twenty-one credits in the curriculum.
  • Administration (BS) Specialization in Legal StudiesThe Legal Studies specialization is designed to provide a broad background in fundamental legal studies to students who desire to become paralegals or legal assistants working under the supervision of a lawyer. Students will gain a comprehensive knowledge of the legal systems in state and federal environments. This knowledge will help develop critical thinking and communication skills necessary to comprehend and function as a legal assistant within the civil and criminal practice areas of a modern law firm.

  • Administration (MA)A Master of Arts in Administration is designed with emphasis on developing the critical administrative competencies that contribute to workplace success. This is designed as a graduate degree program for adult learners focusing on administration, leadership, communication, and teamwork. Gain the foundation and knowledge for the understanding of administrative theories, applications and approaches within the broad social, economic, technological, and political environments of private, public, or not-for-profit organizations.
  • Advertising (BA)A Bachelor of Arts in Advertising provides students a comprehensive understanding of the crucial role advertising plays in business. Gain knowledge and expertise in advertising strategy, creative, design, research and media planning. Students develop effective advertising campaigns in preparation for a wide variety of professional opportunities including Account Management, Graphic Design, Media Strategist and more.

  • Anatomy (MS)A Master of Science in Anatomy exposes students to a broad-based knowledge in the anatomical sciences. Upon completion of the program, students have the opportunity to continue their education in a medical or other doctoral program. Students can also pursue teaching in junior or four-year colleges, as well as become a researcher in this field of study.
  • Anesthesiology (MS)The Master of Science Program in Anesthesiology has been designed for the bachelor-prepared registered nurse with critical care experience who wishes to become a nurse anesthetist. Nurse anesthetists or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are advance practice nurses who are credentialed to provide anesthesia and pain relief services
  • Art (BA) Art HistoryReceiving a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Art History provides a comprehensive understanding of the artworks, artists and art movements that have shaped Western Visual culture. Students will be able to pursue professional opportunities in art museums, commercial galleries, professional art writing and art consulting after graduation.
  • Art (BFA) Graphic DesignThe Department of Fine Arts offers a specialization in Graphic Design within the Art program. Commencing with a traditional studio art and art history foundation program, this twenty-first century specialization prepares students to pursue design careers in areas such as marketing, publishing, advertising and website development. This program offers studies in typography, corporate identification, layout and production techniques, commercial design, web design and professional standards.
  • Art (BFA, BA)Offering two Art degrees allows students to tailor their degree to what interests them most. Receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts allows students to gain as much experience and skill in art as possible, whereas a Bachelor of Arts is for students with a strong interest in art, but also a desire to minor or double-major in another subject. Students are able to pursue professional opportunities as artists, or pursue advanced degrees in studio art, arts management, art therapy, public art and design fields.

  • Behavioral Sciences – Liberal Studies (BLS) A specialization in Behavioral Sciences focuses on the analysis of human behavior, social organization, culture and social institutions from different academic traditions that collectively embrace a commitment to theory, basic and applied research, and social action and commentary. These multiple perspectives are designed to facilitate critical thinking and integration towards more creative solutions for human and social skills.
  • Biochemistry - Chemistry (BS)A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a specialization in Biochemistry, provides students with a strong background and preparation in current practices within biochemical processes. This training prepares students for graduate study in biochemistry, pre-professional fields such as pre-medical, pre-dental, and pre-veterinary, as well as for employment in both the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, and chemistry teaching.

  • Theatre (BFA, BA) Dance TheatreThe Dance Theatre specialization through the Theatre program is designed for students with a performance interest in both Theatre and Dance. The electives provide a diverse selection of dance courses to better prepare students interested in a Theatre Dance Production career. Students have opportunity to participate in annual dance concerts, giving them an advantage of applying their skills through onstage performance.
  • Theology (BA)A Bachelor of Arts in Theology offers student the ability to combine their career goals with their faith. Acquire a foundation in Christian thought and practice, and gain an understanding of how the religious system influenced the world. Many graduates of this degree end up working for not-for-profits, social services, churches, hospitals, and other spiritual centers.
  • Theology (MA) PracticalThe Master of Arts in Practical Theology and Ministry is designed to equip students for competent leadership in communities of faith. The program is an advanced degree in Theology and integrates theological formation with a lived practice of ministry. The program consists of a core curriculum in Biblical, Systematic, Liturgical, Moral and Practical Theology. The Supervised Ministerial Formation component is designed to give students the theological and ministerial tools necessary for ecclesial ministry in a variety of ministerial settings within the Roman Catholic Church and other Christian communities.

The Institute offers three options, so you can earn a certificate or an advanced degree with a concentration I Hispanic/Latino theology and ministry. Your classes are taught in English, guiding your exploration of US Hispanic/Latino theology from the perspectives of practical theology.

Students are able to sample different areas through the many introductory courses offered in order to determine what degree is right for them.
